Student Affairs Office deals with the issues relating to the Administrative Affairs of the students with education. Some of the responsibilities of Student Affairs are the following matters:

• Information about the study possibilities at the IUR
• Application forms for admission and registrations to the IUR
• Award of college cards (student ID’s)
• Lecture schedules and monitor any changes in the weekly and monthly programs
• Information about examinations and examinations such as exam results, transcripts
• The resources and references of the courses
• Registration of the study results and study progress

Student Affairs manages the students register with registration data of the students and provide all student related information for external and internal requests like admission documents, tuition billing, examinations and final examinations. It provides student identity cards and student numbers.
